| Abstract: | The article examines the role of art as a tool for improving the psycho-emotional state of an individual in the conditions of modern stressful life. The impact of different types of art on reducing anxiety, developing empathy and self-expression through creative practices is analyzed. Special attention is paid to art therapy as a means of psychological correction and emotional recovery. |
