Professional and subjective position of personality as a multidisciplinary phenomenon

Abstract

In the contemporary field of psychological and pedagogical study of subjectivity and the formation of the subjective position of future professionals, special significance is attributed as it aligns with the humanistic paradigm of education. The success of education is not only associated with society's ability to impart knowledge, beliefs, and skills to the younger generation but also with the capacity to prepare youth for independent actions and teach them to think creatively and make responsible decisions in complex socio-political conditions. In other words, it is crucial whether an individual, through the process of education, becomes the subject of their own life, activity, and interaction with others.
