Legal space of local government as an existential space of the existence of a man, his groups and associations: to the question of the formation of its specific characteristics

Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition and research of the processes of formation of specific characteristics of the legal space of local self-government as an existential space of human existence, its groups and associations. It is proven that this process takes place within the scope of the activities of the state, its public authorities, including local self-government bodies, in the process of implementing the management paradigm "human rights - municipal human rights - municipal man", which is formed on the basis of the multi-objective interests of a person-resident, which exists and functions within the boundaries of the territorial community, in the conditions of local self-government, in the philosophical state of everyday life, realizing its life cycle. Стаття присвячена визначенню та дослідженню процесів формування видових характеристик правового простору місцевого самоврядування як екзистенційного простору існування людини, її груп та асоціацій. Доводиться, що цей процес відбувається в межах діяльності держави, її органів публічної влади, включаючи органи місцевого самоврядування, в процесі реалізації управлінської парадигми «права людини – муніципальні права людини – муніципальна людина», що формується на основі багатооб’єктних інтересів людини-жителя, який існує та функціонує в межах територіальної громади, в умовах місцевого самоврядування, в філософському стані повсякденності, реалізуючи свій життєвий цикл.
