Формування професійної надійності майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів в умовах магістратури

Abstract

У дисертації вперше розкрито сутність феномена "професійна надійність майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів" та його структуру (мотиваційний, когнітивно-операційний, особистісний компоненти). Виявлено критерії та показники, схарактеризовано рівні сформованості професійної надійності майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів в умовах магістратури, визначено та науково обґрунтовано педагогічні умови професійної надійності. In the thesis for the first time the essence of the phenomenon "professional reliability of future managers of educational institutions" and its structure (motivational, cognitive-operational, personal components) are disclosed. The criteria and indicators were determined, the levels of the formation of professional reliability of future managers of educational institutions in the conditions of the master's degree were characterized, pedagogical conditions of professional reliability were determined and scientifically substantiated.
