Формування творчого потенціалу майбутніх учителів технологій у процесі фахової підготовки

Abstract

У дослідженні вперше визначено й науково обґрунтовано сутність феномена «творчий потенціал майбутнього вчителя технологій», що розуміється як складна інтегративна особистісно-професійна якість, яка сприяє розкриттю прихованих технолого-педагогічних здібностей та професійно важливих властивостей студента і виявляється у фаховій спрямованості на креативну педагогічну діяльність.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of the creative potential of future technological teachers; the essence and component structure of the phenomenon “the creative potential of the technological teacher” was disclosed as a complex integrative personally-professional feature of a teacher that promotes disclosing the students’ hidden technologically-pedagogical skills and professionally important features and is displayed in professional orientation to creative pedagogical activity.
