| Abstract: | У статті представлено аналіз різних варіантів взаємодії наставника і студента. Дослідження проводилося на контингенті майбутніх офіцерів. Показано залежність якості взаємодії від педагогічної культури наставників. Виявлено типові варіанти взаємодії педагога та студента у процесі навчально-професійної діяльності. The article analyzes some variants of interaction between teacher and student. The study was held on the contingent of future officers. The author shows dependence of interaction quality on teacher’s pedagogical culture; reveals some typical variants of interaction between teacher and student in the process of educational activity. |
