| Abstract: | У статті йдеться про необхідність підвищення психологічної культури в системі державної служби. Громадянськість особи розглядається в якості однієї з умов підвищення ефективності психологічної культури професійних обов'язків. The article demonstrates necessity of increasing psychological culture of employees of the system of state service. Civility of the person is regarded to be one of the conditions of increasing psychological culture of fulfilling professional duties. |
