| Abstract: | У статті висвітлено особливості когнітивного стилю керівників освітніх організацій, визначено параметри когнітивного стилю, зокрема, когнітивної складності, рефлексивності, толерантності до новизни та ін., обґрунтовано взаємозв’язок управлінського потенціалу та когнітивного стилю управлінців. The article highlights the features of the cognitive style of heads of educational organizations, defines the parameters cognitive style, in particular, cognitive complexity, reflexivity, tolerance for novelty, etc., the interrelation of managerial potential and cognitive style of managers is substantiated. |
