| Abstract: | У статті представлена теоретична модель професійної компетентності фахівця з управління персоналом та економіки праці. Детально проаналізовані складові структури представленої моделі, розкрито компоненти основних характеристик моделі, що забезпечують її зміст. The article presents a theoretical model of professional competence of a specialist in personnel management and labor economics. The components of the structure of the presented model are analyzed in detail, the components of the main characteristics of the model that ensure its content are revealed. |
