| Abstract: | У статті обґрунтовано вимоги до професійно-особистісної підготовки педагога, детерміновані сучасними умовами розвитку суспільства. Розкривається проблема готовності педагога до інноваційної діяльності. Визначені умови формування готовності до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності. The article substantiates the requirements for professional and personal training of teachers, determined by modern conditions of society. The problem of readiness of the teacher for innovative activity is revealed. The conditions for the formation of readiness for innovative pedagogical activities are determined. |
