| Abstract: | У статті визначено концептуальні засади системи управління якістю освіти у ВНЗ. Стисло охарактеризовано сутність стратегії загального управління якістю, основні міжнародні стандарти ISO серії 9000 у сфері управління якістю, європейські стандарти і рекомендації щодо забезпечення якості вищої освіти. The article defines the conceptual foundations of the quality management system of education in higher education. The essence of the strategy of total quality management, the main international standards of the ISO 9000 series in the field of quality management, European standards and recommendations for quality assurance in higher education are briefly described. |
